Model description

HydrShoot is a functional-structural plant model that simulates the interactions between shoot’s hydraulic structure, gas-exchange and energy-budget, at the organ level.

Some case studies

We used HydroShoot to analyze the contribution of shoot hydraulic structure to the intra-canopy variability of gas- and energy-exchange rates.
